Letter from the Managing Director

Two years ago, I decided to embark on starting my own company, by partnering with Australian customers and large Chinese manufacturers whom I have deep relationships with. I have been in the international building material trading business since coming to Australia 15 years ago. I worked at Pryme, Dynaton and Neumann, gaining thorough industry experience and the necessary knowledge in servicing Australian importers of building materials.

Our company has grown considerably since then, serving the Australian building materials industry by providing our signature quality experience to Australian businesses large and small. We have helped our customers expand their supply sources, reduce dependencies and develop new product lines.

At DBM, we do things differently than others — our key objective is to be a service-oriented partner to the trade by delivering on the four pillars of our business:
