Luli OSB/3 is a high-performance Oriented Strand Board (OSB) designed as a three-layered, resin-bonded engineered wood-based panel. These panels are manufactured from the latest production lines from Dieffenbacher and comply with the EN 300 standard. The panels are specifically engineered for superior strength, durability, and consistent performance. They are made using formaldehyde-free Methylene Diphenyl Diisocyanate (MDI) resin, making them an environmentally friendly and safe choice for interior applications.

Luli OSB/3 is designed for load-bearing applications in humid conditions. This makes it suitable for heavy-duty use, such as in furniture for public spaces, structural support in building construction, and packaging for mechanical and electrical products.

Non-Structural Plywood is designed for interior applications and offers various face grades suitable for appearance-focused projects like ceiling and wall linings. Crafted from radiata pine and featuring a Type A bond strength, DBM’s non-structural plywood can also be utilized in exterior settings.

This plywood variant, classified as E0, can be optionally treated to specified preservative levels for enhanced protection against termites and environmental wear.

Not being subject to AS/NZS 2269 testing, non-structural plywood is unsuitable for load-bearing purposes. However, opting for this grade can yield cost savings for non-structural projects. It is available in standard or moisture-resistant (MR) options.

An exterior-grade plywood engineered to support the immense weight of several tonnes of uncured concrete. Manufactured to meet AS/NZS 6669 standards, our Formply boasts an E0 formaldehyde emission rating and is certified under the BSI product certification scheme, ensuring top-tier quality.

Our Formply excels in spanning capabilities and is available in four distinct stress grades, most commonly as F17. It features an A-bond glue line and a next-gen Dynea overlay for enhanced durability. Ideal for multiple-use fixed formwork applications, it can be treated to specified preservative levels upon request, providing additional protection against termites and environmental wear.
